About

My Believes & Philosophy

I believe healing begins when we are seen, heard, and understood without judgment. As a psychologist and trauma-informed therapist, my work is grounded in the belief that each person carries the capacity for resilience, growth, and transformation — even in the face of deep pain or uncertainty.

I practice from a values-based and humanistic perspective, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients reconnect with what truly matters to them. Rather than “fixing” symptoms, I focus on building awareness, emotional flexibility, and aligned action — empowering you to live a life rooted in purpose, compassion, and integrity.

Much of my work has been with refugees, families in transition, and those impacted by injustice or displacement. These experiences have taught me that healing is not just an individual journey — it is also deeply connected to identity, culture, and community.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I am here to offer a safe, honest, and supportive space for reflection and change.
